The influencer, who has accustomed us to always cook healthy recipes, showed us this time one of her weekend breakfasts: banana pancakes without sugar and flour.

– 2 eggs
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 tablespoon of oatmeal (optional)

For the elaboration:
Paula explains to us step by step how to make the dough for the pancakes: "We mash the bananas in a bowl with the help of a fork. We beat two eggs and mix it with the banana, cinnamon and oatmeal. We stir well until all are integrated the ingredients (no matter what lumps are left).
In a small frying pan, add a splash of EVOO and remove the excess with a napkin (it is so that the dough does not stick). We dump the dough and put the heat on high for the first few seconds.
