Paula Ordovás is the queen of fit recipes: these are all she has done during her confinement
Instagram has been filled with challenges to do, pending tasks, online courses and countless original ideas with which to fill the time in these weeks of confinement. Many at the end of this stage will become inveterate 'foodies', amateur artists or even, they will have done seven knitting, crochet and sewing courses. And why not? Investing time in activities that we like is a perfect escape route to forget (even if only for a few hours) the coronavirus and its consequences.
Although we can also allow ourselves to be sad -and meanwhile, do nothing-, have a to-do list It will help us maintain some order in our routine. Reading, watching movies or even cleaning every last corner of the house (most forgotten. Welcome back to our lives, Marie Kondo) are some of the most repeated hobbies on social networks, but nevertheless, cooking takes the prize. It seems that, at the very least, we will leave this period with a Michelin star. And the influencer Paula Ordovás is creating recipes of the most healthy, picturesque and delicious to recreate and eat deliciously during confinement. And we have compiled all of them (the ones that he has up to now, which are not a few) and that he shows us in his new account called @trainwithpaulaordovas.

Everything in the blender and voila! Decorate to taste.
Long live the pumpkin! Super nutritious bowl
What ingredients do you need?
-Pumpkin, fresh parsley, turmeric powder, garlic, spinach, avocado, Shiitake mushrooms, raw almonds, raisins, lime, EVOO and salt.
For the homemade tuna mayonnaise:
1 hard-boiled egg, 2 tablespoons of EVOO, 1 pinch of salt, juice of 1/2 lime or 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 can of natural light tuna (we mix everything and that's it).
Now it only remains to present it in a container and voilà! Food list.
Broccoli tabbouleh? It's possible!
½ broccoli, half minced garlic, juice of a small lemon, ½ cup EVOO, salt and pepper, ½ chopped cucumber, ⅓ chopped cucumber, ⅓ chopped coriander, ½ green jalapeño slices, an organic egg and a cheese pot fresh goat.
To make the tabbouleh, we cut the broccoli into small trees and chop it tiny. At the bottom of the source we beat the garlic, the lemon in EVOO, the pepper and the salt. Add the broccoli, cucumber, herbs and mix. For the presentation I add the poached egg and the cheese.
Craving salmon? Try this fake noodle dish?
½ zucchini, green beans, and steamed broccoli, steamed artichokes, cherry tomatoes, mix of spinach and arugula, sauteed mushrooms with garlic and parsley, cabbage and carrot sauerkraut, smoked salmon, sesame, coriander, EVOO, salt and pepper . Spirulina and avocado pesto for dressing.
Sauté the mushrooms with garlic, parsley and EVOO and add salt. Make noodles with half a zucchini and then mix them with the lettuce in a bowl and put them as a base. We add the rest of the ingredients, season and … voila!
For the pesto:
In the glass of the mixer we place half a large avocado, a clove of garlic, two tablespoons of goat's fefir, basil, a pinch of salt and pepper, a small tablespoon of spirulina powder and a splash of EVOO. We beat it until we get a kind of cream.
