1- Almond oil and cocoa butter

This recipe uses the fatty acids from almond oil and cocoa butter to hydrate the skin, giving it a soft-touch texture. These two ingredients have antioxidants and vitamin E; reason why they favor the regeneration.


– 20 grams or a tablespoon of cocoa butter

– 30 grams or two tablespoons of almond oil


In a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter until it is liquid. Then add the almond oil. Mix everything, remove from heat and store in a container with a lid.

Once it cools down completely, the mixture will be solid and look like a kind of firm cream. When this happens, it will be ready to use.


After washing and drying your hands, take a small amount of the cream and apply it to your entire skin. Wait for it to be absorbed, do not withdraw. Repeat this process every night.

2- Honey of bees and oats

This blend is perfect for removing dead skin cells and reducing roughness; which will help us combat the signs of passage of time and age.

With this recipe we can exfoliate the skin and at the same time, we will keep it hydrated. Also, if you have a wound on your hands, honey will help you heal it without leaving marks.


– 10 grams of oatmeal or two tablespoons (you can process the flakes until you get the flour)

– 50 grams or two tablespoons of pure bee honey


Honey and oats are mixed well, until a homogeneous but creamy paste is obtained. The cream should be stored in a container with a lid.


The mixture is applied to all the skin of the hands, giving a massage in the form of small circles for a few minutes. Then it is left to act for half an hour (30 minutes).

The mixture must be removed with plenty of warm water, it is recommended to use this mixture 3 times a week to avoid hurting the skin.
