Low calorie chocolate nougat

– 250 gr. from dark chocolate sugarfree

Almonds and hazelnuts to taste

Light cream (to cook)

– 4 tablespoons saccharin or the sweetener of your choice


Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then add the light cream for cooking and the sweetener, whisking slowly (until everything mixes well).

While slicing hazelnuts and almonds.

Remove the mixture from the heat and add the almonds and hazelnuts that you have chopped before, mixing well.

Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool in the fridge for a few hours.
