Second recipe: oatmeal cookies and yogurt with honey

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • A cup of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons butter or vegetable margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 tablespoons of honey


  • First, we can put the oven to preheat to 200 ºC. Meanwhile, we prepare our cookies.
  • For this, in a bowl add the butter at room temperature and honey, and beat everything very well until a homogeneous mixture.
