Ingredients and utensils you will need:

Arnica flowers.

Arnica oil.

White or virgin bee wax.

Olive or almond oil.

It is very easy and consists of achieving a mash. First we will use the dried arnica flowers, filling with these a glass container of the size you prefer. Then, you add oil, preferably olive, although the aroma of this is so strong that you could substitute it with almond oil.

Now, we close the jar well and shake a little to mix everything. Finally, we use a label to mark the date of preparation or mixing. Then, you should keep it in a dark, dry and cool place for about a month. This container should be shaken a little daily.

When a month has passed, we separate the oil from the flowers using a strainer. The resulting arnica oil should be kept in a small jar. Now, the wonder of the ointment turns out like this: we put the portion of a tablespoon of beeswax in a double boiler with 30 milliliters of arnica oil. White wax melts faster!
