Jin shin jyutsu to harmonize the energy of your body

Jin Shin Jyutsu is the art of releasing the tensions that are the cause of various symptoms in the body. It literally translates as the "art of the Creator through compassionate, conscious and understanding man."

The human body contains many energy channels that feed the life of all cells and when one or more of these pathways are blocked, discomfort and even pain occur. The stagnation disharmonizes the flow of vital energy, generating imbalances and diseases.

Through Jin Shin Jyutsu, you can awaken your consciousness to the fact that you are endowed with the ability to harmonize and balance physically, mentally and spiritually, both yourself and others, always at the rhythm of the universe.

According to the ancient written records that remain in the archives of the Imperial Palace in Japan, Jin Shin Jyutsu was widely known before the birth of the Buddha and Moses. It was rediscovered in the early 1900s by master Jiro Murai.

The Japanese, who was 26 at the time, was diagnosed with a terminal illness. That is why he retired in the mountains. He fasted, meditated and, breathing, practiced several finger positions, called mudras. After seven days, he found himself fully recovered. All the wisdom she regained was transmitted to Mary Burmeister, who extended it to the West.

According to Japanese philosophy, all points of the body are connected to each other, and each finger of the hands is linked to an organ and a specific emotion. Therefore, hugging each finger with a firm and soft touch, for at least five minutes, it is possible to work the feeling or tension you want to release.
