The Jin Shin Jyutsu It is an art deeply related to traditional Chinese medicine, which is based on the existence of vital energy, considered as a manifestation of the universal energy existing in nature that allows living and coexisting.
This energy (CHI), which should circulate throughout our body at different levels or depths, would have to flow free and unobstructed. If it does not, it causes blockages and tensions that can lead to lack of harmony and disease.
Jin Shin Jyutsu works with his hands on the locks, using soft but firm touches on the body, and even on the clothes.
1. Do it anywhere
Cross your arms and bring them close to your chest. Take your biceps between the thumbs and the rest of the fingers.
This exercise will harmonize the energy circuits of the respiratory and digestive system.
You can do it sitting or standing, while waiting for the bus or when you wait in line waiting for attention.
Relax and bring your attention to the most tense areas.

2. Relieve all tensions
This exercise integrates energies from your emotional, digestive and physical system.
Support the palm of the left hand slightly on the inside of the right side of the thigh, and your palm of the right hand on the inside of the left thigh.
In this way, you act beneficially on the descending energy.
This gesture can be done during a break or break from work. It releases the tensions that cause respiratory, digestive discomfort, bloating, obesity and nervous disorders.
3. Connect with your source of life
This series movement allows you to cultivate harmony with your harmonizing energy or the source of life. Perform this action daily.
Rest a finger, several or all the palm of your right hand on your head. Leave them there until the last step.

Pay attention to all tensions and determine what their location may be. Also try to think about what could be the source to find a remedy.
Finish by putting your palms together in front of your chest, as if praying, without putting tension on your shoulders, leaving them low.
