How to make a creamy pea and bacon soup

  • 4 cups of peas (480 g).
  • 1 leek (100 g).
  • 1 large onion (200 g).
  • 8 spoons of liquid cream (120 ml).
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml).
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g).
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper (5 g).
  • 8 strips of bacon (175 g).
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml).


  1. Start slicing the bacon strips and then place them in a pan to heat over low heat.
