The daily application of skin tonics has many advantages. It helps regulate the production of fat, facilitates the cleaning of the pores, regulates the pH and, above all, refreshes the skin. Therefore, applying one every day after morning cleaning is always a good idea.

But even better if you make your own homemade tonics. They are super simple, chemical free, and all made with very accessible products. Let's do it!

1. Tea tree tonic

This tonic is ideal for oily skin, as it helps treat excess sebum. To do so, you need:

– 6 drops of tea tree essential oil
– One teaspoon of lemon juice
– 1/2 cup of water

You just have to mix all the ingredients and stir the mixture always before using. The idea is that you can store the tonic in a tightly sealed bottle and, if possible, dark material so that it does not ruin.

The tea tree helps end acne and lemon is astringent, so this simple tonic is ideal if you have oily skin problems.

2. Chamomile tonic

Chamomile has many healthy properties for the skin. It is especially good for cleaning pores and for protecting skin from the sun.

To prepare this tonic you need:

– 2 tablespoons chamomile flowers
– 1/2 cup of water

The first thing is to boil the cup of water. Once it reaches the boiling point, turn off the heat and pour the chamomile flowers into the water. Cover the drink and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Finally, strain and leave in the refrigerator until it is very cold.

3. Tonic of roses

Roses are widely used in cosmetics, and it is not only for their delicious aroma. They also have astringent, hypoallergenic and antioxidant properties. Therefore, this tonic is wonderful for your skin.

Ingredients
