Easy recipe to make a low-calorie Christmas roast

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 whole chicken (approximately 2 kilos)
2 parsnips
2 heads of garlic
1 teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
500 grams of frozen boletus edulis
Elaboration
