These days are conducive to rest and recollection. The best thing to do is to eat soft foods. There is more sensitivity, greater creativity and more spirituality. It is recommended to eat diuretic foods rich in vitamin C, Omega-3, iron and potassium.
The preovulatory or follicular phase includes the stage that goes from the end of the period, until day 12 to 14. At this stage, some follicles mature within the ovary. These follicles are the place where the egg develops. This is also the most energetic and vital phase of the month.
