Chocolate Babka Preparation

The first thing we have to do is take a saucepan and put it on the fire. In it we will pour the milk, preferably whole to take advantage of the flavor that the fat provides. When it reaches the boiling point it is necessary to turn off the heat and cover the saucepan, until reaching a temperature of approximately 40 ºC.

At this time it is necessary to separate 125 milliliters of the milk that has been boiled and reserve it. At the same time, you have to take a bowl-type container and add the yeast to it.
