3 home remedies to combat heartburn with apples

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away," reads an old Welsh saying. And it's quite true, because apples do your body great, and are particularly effective in treating acidity.

– 1 apple

This recipe for apple cider vinegar is a bit more complicated and long-lasting, but in the end you will have a remedy that you can take advantage of for a long time. This is especially useful if you suffer from heartburn frequently, since apple cider vinegar neutralizes excess acid and calms heartburn.

Start by wash the apples in water with baking to disinfect them well. Remove their skin and cut them into very small pieces. Then place them in a bowl and mash with the sugar until you get a compact puree.

Add the five liters of water to the puree. Use a larger container if necessary. Cover the container, but leave small holes so that air comes in Remove the mixture daily with a wooden spoon for the first 10 days.
